The urban development Master Plan for the cities of Reynosa Tamaulipas and Mission, Texas, is unique, it’s main purpose is to contribute and accelerate the process of economic and social development in the region, responding to the demands of the community, in the social, economic and environmental and ecological areas.
A priority component in the planning phase is the consideration given to the land use. To ensure the correct mix is recognized, creating an environment which incorporates and harmonizes land use.
